Understanding Color Ink Only vs. Standard DTG Printing
Our custom apparel builder uses Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, which means the price you see is automatically calculated based on the garment, print setup, and quantity selected.
Color Ink Only products are typically the more affordable option because they are printed without white ink. This works best on lighter garments and helps lower your total cost while still giving you a clean, high-quality full-color print.
Standard DTG products may use color ink plus white ink. White ink is often needed when printing on darker garments so colors appear bold and visible. Because white ink is more expensive in the DTG process, these products usually cost more than Color Ink Only options.
Why this matters to you:
-
Lower pricing on Color Ink Only items for cost-effective custom prints
-
Instant DTG pricing built into the customizer
-
Automatic bulk price breaks applied on qualifying quantities
-
Fast, simple ordering with live pricing based on your selections
